High Tech Lindjee Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions


By participating in the High Tech Lindjee Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products and driving sales through unique referral links or codes.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate personal and payment information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

 

Commission & Payment

  • Commission rates are 20% per verified sale made through your referral link or code.

  • Commissions are only paid on completed and non-refunded orders.

Payment Methods

  • For affiliates outside Haiti: commissions will be paid via PayPal.

  • For affiliates in Haiti without a PayPal account: commissions can be paid via MonCash or NatCash, according to the affiliate’s preference. Affiliates must provide accurate account information (phone number or account ID) to receive payments.

  • Payments will be issued once a minimum balance of [amount] is reached, or according to the schedule specified in your affiliate dashboard.

Promotion Rules

  • Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, or paid search bidding on our brand terms.

  • Social media, blogs, and email marketing are allowed, but all content must be accurate and professional.

  • Unauthorized discount codes or coupon sharing outside the Program is prohibited.

Termination

  • High Tech Lindjee reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms.

  • All unpaid commissions for fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

Modifications

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes.

  • Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • High Tech Lindjee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Participation in the Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
